Dealing with X-Practices in China
For: General Managers of MNC’s, HR, Sales, Operation, Finance, etc. Managers of foreign owned companies in China.

What are X-practices?

X-practices are the cultural and societal expressions of the Chinese way of doing business. They may appear as intransparent, unethical or illegal to the Western investor, but may be perfectly accepted, and even expected, by the local business community. More often than not, they are not in agreement with Western management approaches.
